Using a real Aso lava plate to cook your BBQ food. The American style BBQ will fulfill your stomach! With a lava plate, your food is cooked slowly and the Umami will be condensed and become tender and juicy. When the weather is nice, you may enjoy the beautiful stars at our terrace after your meal.

Akaushi beef is raised in Aso’s magnificent grass field and has less fat.
